This Sunday is week five in the season of Lent and we continue our Lenten Theme: Out in the Elements: Valley. Dr. Stephen Breck Reid, Professor of Christian Scripture at Baylor University writes, “The valley is a metaphor of opportunity as well as challenge.” Our primary scripture for Sunday is Ezekiel 37:1-14.
